Johnny Di Francesco of Gradi Group is a World Pizza Champion, and Dani Zeini has 12 Royal Stacks burger restaurants in Victoria - and they're both the brains and operations behind our successful restaurant on Lygon Street Johnny, Vince & Sam's Ristorante. We talk about how our restaurant came about, the food culture in Melbourne vs other states, how pizza has evolved in Australia and why we've all cried at the restaurant!
